Yes, it is a 100% natural hot spring with free-flowing water from our own source.
Hours: 5:00 AM–9:00 AM and 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (men and women switch morning and evening).
* The bath uses abundant, high-quality hot spring water from our own source.
Day-use bathing is not available.
There are three private baths. Reservations are required.
Each is 40 minutes, available between 4:00 PM and 9:40 PM (first-come, first-served).
Usage fees: Ichinoyu 2,500 JPY, Ninoyu and Sannoyu 1,500 JPY (tax included).

Bus: 2-minute walk from “Himegami Plaza” bus stop at Tamatsukuri Onsen.
JR: 5 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes on foot from JR Tamatsukuri Onsen Station.
We offer pick-up service only from JR Tamatsukuri Onsen Station between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Drop-off service is not available; we can arrange a bus or taxi. For taxis, please make a reservation at the front desk the day before. Availability may be limited.
Free parking is available.
Upon arrival, please leave your car key at the front desk; our staff will park or guide your vehicle.
Keys are returned at check-out.
If you plan to go out by car after check-in, please inform our staff upon arrival.
Yes, we can store luggage at the front desk. This service is also available after check-out.
We accept cash and credit cards. Supported cards include VISA, JCB, DC, and MasterCard.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
3–2 days prior: 20% of the room charge
1 day prior: 50% of the room charge
Same day / No-show: 100% of the room charge
Payment is accepted by registered mail or bank transfer afterward.
Rates for children (per child, including service charge and tax):
* 70% of adult rate: same meal as adult + futon bedding
* 5,500 JPY: children’s meal + futon bedding
Elementary school children are served adult meals.
For toddlers with meals, we provide “Kids Lunch A.”
For toddlers without meals, we offer “Mini Kids Lunch B (1,650 JPY)” on request.
Please write “Mini Kids Lunch B requested” in the remarks field after booking or call us directly.
Breakfast options: with breakfast (1,100 JPY) / without breakfast.
For meal-only, bedding-only, or no-service plans for children, please consult us by phone.
At the large baths: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, emulsion, cotton swabs & pads, razors, shower caps, brushes.
Kinoka rooms: small skincare set (cleansing, face wash, lotion, emulsion).
In guest rooms: toothbrush sets, towels, yukata, slippers, tea set.
Children’s yukata available (sizes 100 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm) free of charge.
Hair dryers: provided in Kinoka rooms; not in main building (East, South, West) but available at the front desk.
Hair irons: not available.
Elevators: Kinoka – no elevator (stairs to 2F/3F); Main building (East, South, West) – elevators available.
